About Us

Topo Adventure Sports was created to help promote and expand the adventure racing community in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and nearby states. Our main focus is adventure racing, but we're happy to see involvement in any outdoor endurance-based activity. This can include a LOT of possibilities, including mountain biking, orienteering, paddling (canoe, kayak, raft), rappelling, ascending, inline skating, etc.

Topo Adventure Sports is host to an adventure race, The East Fork Challenge, with a 6 hour or 12 hour option. These are both great ways to test your skills and have some fun as a solo racer or on a team with some friends.  For 2014 we have also kept the trail run series, an urban adventure race, an offroad tri and a trail marathon on the calendar.  Hope to see you at these events!  You can also find us at many of the races in the area, if you see us introduce yourself!

Brian Grafton (

Brian has participated in triathlons since 2001, and started with adventure racing in 2007.  Brian loves to be outside, and on any given weekend you can be sure he is training for something if he is not racing.  He currently resides in Silverton Ohio, and is excited for 2013 and the expanded race schedule that Topo has brought to you.  You can be sure that he will still be out there racing though!
